Our green building certifications

BREEAM is used to specify and measure the sustainability performance of buildings. The framework enables reduced life cycle costs and increases in asset value, building user experience and health, corporate image and CSR requirements, and risk mitigation.

NABERS Energy ratings measure and verify the actual energy use of existing buildings, server rooms, and other parts of the building. They then provide a rating from 1-6 stars and help building owners to accurately target, measure, and communicate the energy performance of their property. This investment-grade rating can then be used to demonstrate whether you are on a net-zero carbon trajectory. 

LEED is the world’s most widely used green building rating system. The certification provides a framework for healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings that offer environmental, social, and governance benefits.
