Salute Appoints Kate Sudol as Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas

Kate Sudol has joined Salute as the new Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas, accelerating our efforts to build a commercially driven and solution-oriented team for our existing and future customers across the region.

Kate is a proven sales executive with over 15 years of experience in high-growth B2B service organizations. Most recently, she led a high-performing sales and service team at ProStar Energy Solutions, a full-service energy management firm, where they achieved record-setting wins in new client acquisition and service expansion—doubling revenue year-over-year. Over the prior decade, her career had been shaped by dynamic roles across multiple industries, consistently focused on elevating brand positioning and articulating value to penetrate target markets and accelerate revenue growth.

“Across all the roles I’ve held, I’ve taken a human-centric and individualistic approach to empowering both teams and customers,” says Kate of her leadership style. “The opportunity to draw on that approach to drive forward Salute’s mission really energizes me. I strongly believe working alongside top-tier talent from across the data center industry in that way, then channeling that expertise into creating tailored solutions that address complex challenges, will help us deliver even more meaningful outcomes.”

Her team-first approach to leadership—shaped in part by her passion for athletics—will underpin an approach to building trust and high-output environments, allowing her to further cultivate the connections so vital to Salute’s people-first culture.
