Salute has appointed Andrew Sparks as Deputy Managing Director of Global Operations and welcomed D'Anthony Palms as Chief of Staff, strengthening how the company leads, coordinates and delivers across its regions and service lines.
Both appointments reflect a deliberate investment in the operating disciplines that determine how consistently a global services business performs: clear accountability, connected functions, and a shared view of delivery across every region.
They come at a point of sustained growth for Salute, with demand for AI-ready infrastructure driving expansion across the Americas and EMEA, and an integrated lifecycle model that now spans more than 40 services from advisory through to refresh.
Deepening Operational Leadership Across Regions
Andrew Sparks moves into the role of Deputy Managing Director of Global Operations following his tenure as Salute’s Chief of Staff, where he built the reporting and cross-functional foundations that give the leadership team a single, consistent view of performance across the business.
In his new role, Andrew moves from enterprise-wide coordination into direct operational leadership, working alongside Mike Jones, President, Global Operations, to strengthen how Salute leads and executes across its regions and service lines. His focus will be on operational performance, accountability, cross-regional coordination and the continued development of the company’s global operating model.
He will partner closely with regional and service-line operations teams, alongside Finance, PMO, HR and other enabling functions, translating operating priorities into measurable results. His initial portfolio includes mobilization readiness, Earned Value Management and performance reporting, and continued support for Salute’s EMEA operations.
Connecting Strategy to Execution
D’Anthony Palms joins Salute as Chief of Staff, serving as an extension of the Office of the CEO and helping translate strategy into execution across the organization.
D’Anthony built his career leading high-performing teams in financial services, most recently as a Partner at New York Life Securities, where he recruited, developed and coached investment advisors while helping clients navigate long-term financial strategy.
At Salute, he will work across nearly every function of the business, with particular focus on Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Technology, connecting these teams so that priorities stay aligned and information moves where it needs to go. Day to day, his focus will be on removing obstacles, aligning priorities, accelerating decisions and keeping the company’s highest-impact initiatives moving.
Building the Operating Model for Global Growth
Together, these appointments strengthen the connective tissue between strategy and delivery: operational leadership with direct accountability for how Salute performs in the field, and executive coordination that keeps priorities aligned across functions.
in scale and complexity, this leadership strengthens the foundations the company needs to deliver consistently for customers, wherever their infrastructure sits.
Congratulations, Andrew. Welcome to the team, D’Anthony.
