Salute has appointed Tommy Fitzpatrick as Global Account Manager - a newly created role designed to bring greater consistency, coordination, and strategic depth to how Salute engages its most important global accounts.
The decision to create the new role reflects the scale and complexity of the accounts Salute serves – and the recognition that as those relationships span multiple regions, services, and teams, they deserve a more connected, end-to-end approach.
Tommy joins Salute with more than 30 years of experience across data center operations, critical infrastructure, and global account leadership. He brings a career built at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational delivery – most recently as VP of US Operations at Datalec Precision Installations, where he led the company’s American expansion and developed the supply chain and recruitment infrastructure to support it. Before that, he served as Senior Managing Director, Data Center Solutions Americas at CBRE, where he shaped strategy for some of the most complex data center portfolios in the market.
Earlier in his career, he held a Managing Director role focused on energy and infrastructure at Endeavor Advisory Group and built Norland’s facility management business in Ireland from the ground up – growing it threefold through a combination of strong client relationships and operational discipline.
His expertise spans high-density colocation, hyperscale infrastructure, lifecycle transactions, and sustainability – the full breadth of what Salute’s global customers navigate.
“The opportunity to grow with strategic customers globally means knowing them deeply – not just in one region, but across the full scope of what they’re building,” said Michael Nimeth, Chief Revenue Officer. “Tommy brings the kind of experience and commercial maturity that makes that possible. He’s spent decades in this industry understanding what matters to the people running critical infrastructure, and he knows how to build the kind of long-term relationships that create real value on both sides. We’re excited to have him.”
In this role, Tommy will work closely with teams across Sales, Solutioning, Operations, and Marketing to align regional efforts, deepen relationships within Salute’s key global accounts, and identify opportunities where a more coordinated approach creates better outcomes – for clients and for Salute.
“What drew me to Salute is the quality of the team and the seriousness with which they approach customer relationships,” said Tommy Fitzpatrick. “There’s a real opportunity here to build something meaningful – to bring global accounts the kind of consistent, high-quality experience they deserve, regardless of where in the world they’re operating. I’m looking forward to getting started.”
Welcome to the team, Tommy.
