Salute has appointed Dale Harding as its new Managing Director for Capital Projects and Professional Services to lead the company’s strategic growth across the EMEA region by strengthening customer partnerships, enhancing global collaboration and driving innovative new solutions.
This appointment comes at a time of rapid expansion for Salute, particularly in the EMEA market, which is being driven by increased demand for AI infrastructure and sustainable services.
Dale joins Salute with more than 30 years’ experience in fit out, contracting and new build environments. Most recently, he spent almost five years as Pre-Construction Director at Make One Group, where he oversaw the company’s growth strategy through commercial and risk planning, development and delivery. Prior to that, he was Commercial Director at BW: Workplace Experts after being a Managing Director (Interiors) at Od and Managing Director at Mitie (Interiors).
