Salute Names Michael Nimeth Chief Revenue Officer

Salute has created the role of Chief Revenue Officer and named Michael Nimeth to lead it - marking a new chapter in the company's commercial structure and its commitment to integrated, scalable growth.

Salute has never had a Chief Revenue Officer before. That’s the point. The creation of the role reflects where the company is in its journey – at a scale where revenue leadership needs to be broader than traditional sales leadership, and where the connections between business development, customer solutions, commercial alignment, and go-to-market execution need to be owned, not assumed.

Michael is not new to Salute, or to the challenge ahead. As EVP of Global Business Development and Customer Solutions, he built a stronger commercial foundation across sales and solutioning, and helped shift customer engagement from transactional conversations toward more strategic, lifecycle-spanning partnerships. That work created the platform. The CRO role is how Salute scales from it.

What the Role Means in Practice

An integrated revenue engine. Bringing sales, solutions, customer success, commercial management, and revenue operations into a more coordinated model – with clearer accountability and stronger handoffs across the customer journey.

Predictable, profitable growth. Scaling with discipline, with close attention to quality, margin, and long-term value rather than growth for its own sake.

Deeper customer relevance. Expanding Salute’s position within key accounts by broadening the range and depth of services provided across the full data center lifecycle.

“Roles like this are built on great teammates and trusted partners,” said Michael. “My focus is on making sure our commercial functions are working together with better visibility, stronger handoffs, and shared accountability – so we can create more value for our customers and grow in a way that’s disciplined and repeatable.”

As demand accelerates across AI infrastructure, advanced cooling, and increasingly complex operating models, having clear end-to-end commercial accountability positions Salute to move with focus and consistency.

Congratulations, Michael – we’re excited to see what comes next.
