About the project
Garmin is the global leader in the delivery of innovative GPS technology across diverse markets, including in-car, sport and fitness, wellness, outdoor recreation, aviation, marine and mobile apps.
Salute is responsible for providing a fully comprehensive critical facilities management at Garmin’s European headquarters in Southampton.
This contract, which is now in its fifth year, includes the management and maintenance of all critical equipment with 24/7 support.
In 2014 Salute undertook a full review of the data centre which delivered efficiency and capacity improvements.

A strategic review of the University’s data centre estate, including identifying risks and providing a gap analysis against best practice and the necessary connectivity to the cloud.2.
