Salute adds depth to the leadership team with the appointment of Todd Gaddis, an experienced finance and operations executive
We’ve appointed Todd Gaddis as our new Americas Controller.
His appointment comes at a time when Salute is rapidly growing, requiring us to double down on strategic coordination across all business functions. Todd will play an instrumental role in driving forward that progress, building scalable, data-driven finance operations in alignment with our commitment to operational excellence. As we continue to expand across emerging and established markets, Todd will lead the all-important drive toward enhancing financial reporting, streamlining internal processes, and embedding sustainable strategies.
Across his nearly two decades in accounting and finance—including senior leadership positions at global manufacturers, private equity-backed firms, and high-growth service providers— Todd has demonstrated a consistent ability to modernize back-office arrangements, reduce close cycles, and deliver insights that drive smarter business decisions. This will prove critical as we collectively revamp and leverage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, enhancing audit readiness and leading cross-functional teams through periods of swift transformation.

In taking on that challenge, Todd brings to the table a passion for both problem-solving and technology. Having built computers in his spare time while simultaneously leading M&A integrations and transforming cash flow forecasting practices, being a part of our journey toward leadership in AI-driven digital infrastructure represents an ideal intersection of personal interest and professional ambition.
